    Ronald S. Winokur, MD, FSIR is a patient focused, efficient and team oriented board certified interventional radiologist who is the Director of Weill Cornell Vein Treatment Center. His focus is clinical care on the treatment of venous disease with special attention to varicose veins, pelvic venous disease, DVT and PE. He is dedicated to improving the patient experience in interventional radiology by using research to advance medical knowledge and administrative skills to advance the role of IR in medical care. He serves as the vice chair of the Society of Interventional Radiology’s venous Clinical Specialty Council, and is a fellow of the society.
